PMI has not delivered patches after 14-011

Using Altiris NS 6.0.6074 SP3-R12

Microsoft Patch Management Import - History says that import succeeded on 4/1/2014

Download QChain Hisory says that is completed on 4/2/2014 but result was "not modified"

The folder containing all the Updates does not have anything since 14-011.

Global Settings - Download Software Updates:  History says it completed on 4/1/2014.

After years of staging and deploying patches, I am completely stalled.  What do I need to do?
