Failure importing the policies of SEPM v12 "Request contents are invalid:[0x120c0000]

Hi all

I have the issue during importing policies from my old SEPM v11 to fresh server SEPM v12. This policy is belong to "Virus and Spyware Protection" part. 

This is the figure of error message... The remaining imports are fine for me

is there any suggest for me please ?
