PXE-E7B after relocating DS server to new vlan

I moved my DS server to a new vlan that is sepererate from the clients.  DS server is the DHCP server running Windows Server 2008R2.  Clients will recieve a DHCP address, but will not pxe boot and errors with PXE-E7B and PXE-M0F.  Previously, the DS server was on the same vlan as the clients and all worked well.  Inside of the DS Management console i changed the deployment server ip address under the PXE config as well as in the production agent.  The DS Management console can see the clients as alive after the clients boot.
