CMDB Rule to associate OOB RAC to Server Resource

I am looking for help on how to automatically create a resource association of a discovered and inventoried OOB Management Device to the Server it manages. I have created a custom SNMP data class that will capture the Host name of the server the RAC is managing. It seems like I should be able to use a CMDB Rule to create the association between the OOB Management Device and the Server it manages. Any thoughts or ideas on how I should go about this?  Once the association is done, I will use a Right Click function from the server asset to open a Web browser to the RAC console.
