Settings\All Settings\Notification Server\Database Settings Symantec Management Server Error

Hi,

I am getting the error screen with "An error has occurred that prevents the Symantec Management Console displaying correctly"  and have followed all the KB's instructions that I can find and still no luck.  When I look through the logs, I am not finding any log entry concerning this error.  The SQL Server name hasn't changed, the password for the account with SQL Access hasn't changed.  I am stumped as to what I should try next.  This is my first post, so any issues with the question please advise.
