History - Applying Filters

I need a solution

In a Change Request and Incident the 'User Activity' entries only display if both the 'Audit History' & 'User Activity' are selected.   All of the other options I tested appear to work independantly except for these 2 which are linked together.

Have others found this?  and if so is this a registered fault?

 

Note - I have not checked KB and PM processes but I suspect they are the same.
